A web-based satisfaction survey is automatically emailed when a submitted issue is resolved. We encourage you to complete this survey. The information collected is used to measure the impact of our performance and to improve our processes. Surveys are reviewed on a daily basis by the Client Support Management team to assess the effectiveness of the client interaction with the Client Support Team.
